How Study in Armenia handles inquiry, eligibility, consultation, and contact information.

Last updated: 2026-06-20

Information we collect

Forms may collect name, email, WhatsApp number, citizenship, current country, program interest, target intake, parent-involvement preference, and message context.

Attribution fields such as source page, landing page, referrer, UTM fields, GCLID, FBCLID, and analytics-consent status may be stored with a lead so the business can understand which channels produce real inquiries.

The site does not request passport scans, transcripts, certificates, payment-card details, or file uploads in the current public forms.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, review eligibility context, prepare consultation notes, and route operational follow-up.

Inquiry notifications are sent to the configured administrative inbox through the SMTP settings for the environment.

Sharing and retention

Information should be shared with universities, service providers, or government systems only when required for the requested service and after the user has been told what is being shared.

Unqualified or inactive marketing leads should be reviewed after 180 days of inactivity and deleted or anonymized by 365 days unless active service context or a legal reason requires retention.

Qualified application leads without document uploads should be reviewed after 12 months. Future document files require a separate private-storage retention schedule before uploads are enabled.
