Direct answer

An Armenia admission document checklist should match the university, degree level, and qualification you hold. Check the required form of each document, including translation, certification, and official delivery, before treating the file as ready.

Armenia Admission Documents — what to verify

YSU’s international applicant instructions identify a passport, photograph, and translated educational certificates among application materials. AUA’s requirements also distinguish ordinary uploads from official test reporting. A document can contain the right information while still arriving through an unacceptable channel or lacking the required form.

Evidence to collect before deciding

Make a table with the document name, issuing organisation, language, certification requirement, delivery method, and status. Use the university’s current instructions to fill each column. Ask about unclear terms such as certified copy or official transcript rather than assuming they mean the same thing in your home education system.

Example: applying the guidance

A student may have a scanned school certificate and a separate marks statement. If the university needs both, uploading only the certificate leaves the academic record incomplete. The useful check is whether the institution can assess your qualification and results from the materials received, not whether every upload slot contains a file.

A mistake that can change the outcome

Do not alter an academic record to make names, grades, or dates appear consistent. If there is a discrepancy, obtain an official explanation or corrected document from the issuer and ask the university how to submit it.

Your next-step checklist

Use this checklist to turn the decision into a small set of verifiable actions. Record the answer, its date, and the person or official page that supplied it. Resolve any missing item before relying on the plan.

  • List each document separately.
  • Record translation and certification instructions.
  • Confirm who must send official records.
  • Check legibility and all required pages.

Common questions

Can I send unofficial scans first?

Ask whether the institution accepts them for preliminary review and when official evidence is required. Preliminary acceptance does not remove a later verification requirement.

What if a document has two sides?

Include every side that contains relevant information, following the upload format and file-size rules.
